I think adding swap would be a great idea because there are a lot of cases when you are getting out of memory

I'm not sure if the source codes for their custom distro is on GitHub, but you should open this issue there. IIRC this mod provides the VM and the OS is in a separate mod.

We did'n have more RAM and ROM :(
8MB ROM is also too small

Eh, wait for custom ROMs then you can boot anything from a disk.

Not sure when that is coming, though
