Q: Can QLog launch additional programs like other log applications? Various log applications support the execution of external programs or scripts. For example, if a log application is started then I would like my shell script to run, launching applications such as WJSTX. Can QLog support this?

A: From my point of view, such functionalities don't belong in a log application. If it's necessary to execute something, I recommend preparing a script for it. In this script, it's advisable to handle all potential error scenarios of the launched applications.
