Node size for std::deque

You provide node sizes for all other std containers, except deque. What would be a good node size for that?
For that matter, how can you determine the appropriate node size for other containers (for example google::dense_hash_map)?

deque isn't really a node-based container, it allocates bigger chunks of memory which don't necessarily need pooling.
