add report parameter to filter by dependency type (direct, transitive) #1257

Just as from the web interface (as depicted in the image below) you can filter by type of dependency (direct or transitive) could be very useful to have a fossa report CLI parameter that can give the same behavior in output.
Example:

fossa report attribution --format=spdx --type=direct --project=...
