Require ReCaptcha API Key to integrate ReCaptcha in Android

Actual Behaviour

Currently, we are not able to register a new email-ID from the Android Application.

Expected Behaviour

Successful email register from Android application.

Steps to reproduce it

1. Open app then click "Sign up for Susi".
2. After entering new email-ID, sign up is not successful.

Getting response as 422 on sign up.
