Revert "default.xml: update meta-raspberrypi layer"

Latest rpi firmware update breaks bluetooth support, which might require
a newer kernel (5.4).

Reverting to avoid a regression and revisit the changes at the next
release/update.

This reverts commit f310b846a9d6370d1bef60460cef843d6a16d8f9.
