QUESTION: How do you set up Pushover notifications?

Just a quick question that I can't find anywhere else: How do you set up Pushover notifications in raspiBackup? I see that it can use them, but there are no options to set this up that I can find when I'm in the raspiBackupInstallUI. And I looked in raspiBackup.sh, where I see some message string options, etc... but I don't see where to add my user key or API token or anything.

Anyone know?

The raspiBackup installer just installs raspiBackup and helps to configure the main options. There exist a lot of other options which you have to configure in the config file /usr/local/etc/raspiBackup.conf. See here for a description of all options and here for the config template used by the installer.

Note the config file is protected because of the sensitive API tokens and you have to edit the file with sudo or as root.

Thanks for getting back to me. I actually found the DEFAULT_PUSHOVER_TOKEN (etc) items in the config file and added my key and user token. But I still do not receive a Pushover message when a backup is complete. I ran a manual snapshot (-M) which took about 15 min to complete, but never received a completion notification.

Is there something else I need to do in order to get Pushover notifications to work with raspiBackup? I’ve set them up with a handful of over tools I use in this same manner with no issues. And since I can’t find documentation on your site that explains how to use Pushover notifications with raspiBackup, I figured I’d follow up here.
