This PR introduces Synopsys security scan workflow to our framework. At the moment, it is unclear w.r.t. licensing and where to set the token for the intelligent security scan [3]. However, this PR introduces the coverity scan [1]. One of the last PRs w.r.t. it is given in PR #30.
