Upload to Maven

Most Java libraries are available on Maven (http://search.maven.org/), it seems that this one is not. It would be very useful to upload it there.

I am pondering uploading tableschema-java to maven central after the COVID-scare is over, but datapackage-java currently is not in a shape or form to do this. Quite honestly there are security issues and a lot of code is more jury-rigged than anything else. That would be bad on its own, but the API is also (still) not great in some places.

Hi @iSnow just following up here. This is now on Jitpack (https://jitpack.io/#frictionlessdata/datapackage-java) so I'm guessing it doesn't need to be on Maven Central? Besides that, I hear your concerns about the state of the code - can we provide any support for getting the code in better shape? Thanks :-)
