【201-2】下载文件位置

侧边栏添加设置
-. 点击设置，显示设置设置面板
-. 面板添加设置选贤
- 传输设置
  - 左侧文件路径（默认为 null），右侧，‘设置’ 按钮。
    (下载文件时，弹框提示下载文件路径，如果设置传输路径，侧不弹框，否则弹框。)
  - 点击设置按钮
  - 弹出文件对话框，选择下载文件位置。只能选择目录，不能是文件（组件需要对此检查）
- 自动更新
  1. 跳转git release页
- 关于
  1. 当前程序名
  2. 版本号
  3. 所有权（团队信息）
- 使用反馈
  1. 跳转github issue
