as @wuniversales mentioned you can enable Automatic Update in each plugin settings.

Can it be enabled for all plugins at the same time, with a single option?

I don't think so. Maybe there's a way this could be added. I would imagine as more plugins are supported, it might be annoying to have to manually enable or disable auto updates for all the plugins you have installed.

Let's reopen it and leave it as feature request for adding a toggle for turning auto-update for all plugins at once.

Also please stop checking updates for disabled plugins. The plugin is disabled, don't check it. Update on enable.
