Currently, a static IPv4 address is pre-configured.
That's obviously only for testing.

research viable production options here (e.g., dhcp, ipv6 slaac, ...)
implement them => riot-rs-embassy: allow overriding the network configuration #31 allows using dhcpv[4,6] for (usb-)ethernet
