Feature: Table of Contents

Find named slides and add a TOC, either by creating a named toc slide or by adding a .toc[] in a slide somewhere.

If you think about this feature, I would love to see a slideout menu plugin that allows to navigate between slides, wherever you are.
Like the menu for revealjs there: https://github.com/denehyg/reveal.js-menu
Or something as "simple" as the TOC in {bookdown}, that we can slideout.

This could index names and/or titles (where we could maybe choose toc_depth)
