I could write a new song where each new tone starts e.g. in the equal temperament and continuously shifts into Pythagorean tuning. The goal is to have as many pleasing intervals as possible, so e.g. the fifth sounds at least somewhen as 3:2, not 2**(7/12). Or maybe the shift can be like: ET ➡️ PT ➡️ ET.
It will have to be done in Python, having audio as output, not using MIDI.
