Make sure frontpage has links to social media accounts

This should likely be in the footer or other common location, but other options are open for discussion. The accounts in question (until we someone tells us one or more are shut down)

I suspect some of these will be more important than others, but in first iteration we just need to make sure none are forgotten so that others crews/chiefs will be triggered to suggest improvements.

Not at the top of mind. Any libraries you have had good technical experience with? If you add with placeholders wherever it makes sense, I can dig a bit into what icons to use and replace.

I've used https://lucide.dev/icons/ and https://phosphoricons.com/ before.
But it looks like they don't have icons for all socials we need...

Will try to use https://tabler.io/icons as placeholders until we agree on a icon pack/libraries 👌
