Describe the bug
When opening the GUI/Settings GUI weird dark blueish lined slowly move over the screen vertically.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
X. Open the GUI

Expected behavior
Render the screen without moving vertical blueish lines.

It seems that something related to one of the Vanilla Tweaks Resource pack options actually causes this as my friend point out while I was creating the report.

Hey, thanks for filling out this report!
I'm still curious what could be causing this problem, as this may indicate that there is something wrong with my GUI library. If you could, would you try turning off the "background" option? It's under "Misc Settings" (press the "O" key by default to open the setings GUI)

I'll by testing this with my current development branch of the mod to see if anything changes.

I just turned it off nothing really changes. I'm currently looking what option of the vanillatweaks resourcepack affects this.

So I found the root cause. The issue is actually generated by one of these shaders that I found in the VanillaTweaks pack I combined.
