This is a SmartThings Device Handler that will work with any server on a LAN local to it. It sends the following commands:
- ?alarm=siren - turn on a siren
- ?alarm=strobe - turn on a strobe
- ?alarm=both - turn on a siren and a strobe
- ?alarm=off - turn off siren and strobe
- ?tone=beep - sound a tone
- ?speak=value - speak value
- ?text=value - text value
