I get a "unable to read beyond the end of the stream" error when opening a Pokemon US/UM .bin file

I was trying to open a .bin file from Pokemon Ultra Sun in attempt to look at the model animations from the games, but I end up getting an error saying. "Unable to read beyond the end of the stream." Then I get shown this text:
