I haven't implemented any admin functionality yet, so this might take a bit longer to implement.

Some more questions/ideas regarding this:

• Would it be enough to send a private message to all users listed in the admin_nicks array with the suggested feed?
• Should an admin be able to approve this feed from within the IRC or is manually adding the feed an option?
• Do those "admins" have to have the op status or not?

Maybe we can have a password defined to authenticate the user. I don't have op on the channel.
I don't want to have to reboot, we need a way to add them on the fly.
user should also be able to suggest removals and edits as well (bad url)
