GO:0050649 testosterone 6-beta-hydroxylase activity lacks EC/RHEA cross references.
From reading the definition reference and looking at EXP annotations, human Cytochrome P450 3A4 is an enzyme that has the activity. Its https://www.uniprot.org/uniprotkb/P08684/entry annotations includes a RHEA:46296, which appears to be a match:
O2 + reduced [NADPH--hemoprotein reductase] + testosterone = 6beta,17beta-dihydroxyandrost-4-en-3-one + H(+) + H2O + oxidized [NADPH--hemoprotein reductase]
