An MF should be a distinct instance if it has a different molecular target (for SIGNOR this is interactor B). We should capture the target with has input: (interactor A) <-enabled by-(MF)-has input->(interactor B). So in most cases this means that each line of the SIGNOR file will give a distinct instance of an MF.
