For causal relations (directly positively regulates, etc) that connect MFs to MFs, you will need to connect the MF from a given SIGNOR line ( interactor A) <-enabled by-(MF)-has input->(interactor B) to ALL of the MFs of interactor B, with distinct instances of the same causal relation. For example, ATM <-enabled by-(protein kinase activity)-has input CHEK1 means that we need directly positively regulates edges between that protein kinase activity and each MF of CHEK1 (one with has input CDC25A, and one with has input TP53).
