The original repo that this project is based on differentiated two versions of a few RPM packages to isolate command line tools from the libraries. This needlessly complicates the build and deployment, when in some cases the executors need some of the command line utils, and even when they don't, there's very little harm in their inclusion.

This issue asks for those lib variants to be removed.
