The easiest way to integrate GROBID would probably be to deploy your own version of it on one of your servers and have your Java app comunicate with it via the Java Client offered by GROBID (https://github.com/kermitt2/grobid-client-java).

If the Java client is not good enough, one could easily be written based on the RESTful API's documentation.
