I ran into the same breaking issue going from sonarr 3->4. I fixed it by updating the sonarr url in the homepage services.yaml widget definition. for some reason, it no longer likes trailing slashes

Apologies for bumping a closed discussion. I am having the same kind of issue and its not trailing slashes. Its making a call to API v3 Homepage version: 0.8.4 Sonarr version: 4.0.0.748
