Homepage Docker container showing unhealthy - Logs are completely blanks

Description

Been running homepage for well over a year with the same config via docker with a compose file, havent made any changes recently but noticed homepage wasnt up - couldnt reach it behind my proxy or via IP:PORT. Checked portainer and it was flagged unhealthy.

docker logs homepage outputs nothing at all. tried deleting and pulling image fresh, same issue.

other containers on same host reporting no issues and starting fine - any help appreciated

Troubleshooting

Deleting container and image and pulling fresh, server reboots

Further troubleshooting

Added LOG_LEVEL: debug to compose file - issue remains - logs still blank
Removed all my config files so blank dashboard should have started - issue remains
changed to tag :dev - issue remains
commented out docker socket line in compose - issue remains

###UPDATE

Issue appears to be the PUID and GUID in my config - once i removed it and the container ran as root it worked

This is odd - the container has had that config with those PUID and PGID since i started using this service and never had an issue
