AWS announced ap-southeast-5 on 21 August. Can we get support added to moto?

Hi @hinchliff, which service/feature is giving you problems?

All the static data for ap-southeast-5 (EC2 instances, SSM parameters, etc) will be included this Sunday, when our cronjobs are scheduled.
