Cross-platform console support using PDCurses

Hi. Is it possible that this one hell of a TUI library be ported to multiple-platform using the PDCurses library?

I got ImTui (partially) running on Windows using MSYS2 + MinGW + PDCurses (39f34ea):

Things that I noticed are not working:

• mouse support
• windows resizing

If someone has more experience with PDCurses would appreciate some advice.

Edit:

• So the mouse seems to work. My Windows Virtual machine is just too slow and it seemed to not work initially
• Window resizing can be done programatically using the resize_term(height, width); function

The resizing automatically bug can be fixed by adding:

if (is_termresized())
	resize_term(0, 0);

before wrefresh(stdscr); in ImTui_ImplNcurses_DrawScreen.

The above is required for several PDCurses platforms: (DOS, OS/2, SDL and Windows)

It's a bit hacky but the use is documented in the PDCurses manual under resize_term().

As for the mouse support it works but its really really laggy and you have to move slowly even on a bare metal Windows instance; not sure why that is but if I find out I'll update.

I tried the following change:

However, the window still cannot be resized. It just does not allow me to grab the border and drag it:

Notice that the "Maximize" button is also disabled.
I guess I am doing something wrong, but not sure what.

Weird; I have not had the issue where resizing was disabled at the window level. The issue I was running into that the above fixed was that resizing the window was not correctly setting the internal data buffer's dimensions correctly (because the previous xy/current xy check does not work on the platforms listed) which lead to rendering issues from each row being off by 1+ columns.

Just found out about this : PowerShell/GraphicalTools, having the option to rely on a purely native Windows stack would also be a nice option.

I just put the pdcurses code into a directory and added those 2 lines for resizing and it works for me.
