Missing .env file

Cannot complete the exercise, the .env file doesn't exist in the repo.

I've reviewed the entire code and I cannot find the requested .env, and all the mentions to .env are part of the Action files.

When you create your repo the .env file should be created by a workflow, however the workflow doesn't work straight away because of #15 - you need to change workflow permissions in your repo settings and then rerun the workflow, then you will see the files created
This is a duplicate of #17
