Understanding some parts of authentik

I am having a difficulty in integration of authentik. Like, I want every user logging in to validate using TOTP or SMS.
I found in Settings, where I can enable totp login for a particular users. But is there a default way to do it? from admin panel? or we have to programatically iterate over each user and enable that. If that's possible

Oh Okay, I understood this. So from the admin panel, one can only say, in the mfa stage, what authenticator is enabled, and what it will do when the stage fails. So it's mostly like, defining policies.

In the policy you can say, if the authenticator is not enabled on the user, then you can say, Deny access or Force the user to use it.

But I can't find out where to setup this sms authentication step. The documentation talks about where to click in twilio's webpage. And not much about what to do in authentik

Still struggling with this. Not sure where to set the users phone number as well.
