Link to slot in New Block Proposal #2605

The email that I receive for a New Block Proposal has a link to the beaconcha.in page of the validator.

For more information visit: https://beaconcha.in/validator/123456 .

It would be nice to add a link to the slot that was proposed. Normally for very high/very low proposals I like to investigate the slot.

Slots have links like https://beaconcha.in/slot/7500000
