Font change for Persian and potentially every language using the Arabic alphabet in the engine

The current font in the engine was obviously made without other languages using the Arabic alphabet in mind and it shows, also, the very fact that there's "Naskh" in the name should make it obvious that it's not designed for use in software UI. it should be changed for the languages that use it (Persian, Arabic, Kurdish, Urdu and others which might get added in the future) since as the name suggests it's solely designed with Arabic in mind and when used for other languages shows it's flaws.

some of the current font's problem:

• It looks classic and has more of a (old) book-ish vibe to it which doesn't fit with Godot's aesthetics
• due to it being basic and not standard it doesn't have enough visual clarity (specially in Kurdish)
• when it comes to Persian, it doesn't have a character called "saryā" or "Arabic Letter Heh With Yeh Above" in Unicode (unfortunatly this article hasn't been translated to English yet) which is seriously needed and without it besides text being grammatically incorrect, it needlessly lengthens it and takes from it's visual beauty.
• probably more problems in other languages that I'm not aware of

My personal recommendation for replacing it is Vazirmatn, an open-source multi-lingual font designed for Persian, Arabic, Kurdish, Gilaki, Urdu, Pashtu and Jawi. besides being standard and visually pleasing it's pretty popular in Persian (and probably others') web developement space. I am also open to other suggestions if anyone disagrees with this font.
