[macos] Can notarization with notarytool be backported to 3.5?

macOS apps can be notarized with xcrun altool ... or xcrun notarytool .... altool has been deprecated by Apple and will stop working later this year.

Godot 4 has support for notarization using both tools. (See #5898, godotengine/godot#69638) However, Godot 3.5 still uses only altool.

Can the updates to use notarytool be backported to 3.5?
