no linters report error in stderr excluded typecheck

but, all the other linters can not report me error in the stderr. the result skip many issuse, but i want to output them in stderr:

1. The issues reported by golangci-lint are not errors.
2. typecheck is not a linter. https://golangci-lint.run/welcome/faq/#why-do-you-have-typecheck-errors
3. The output can be handled by the option output.formats. https://golangci-lint.run/usage/configuration/#output-configuration
