change badly named variables in the acr pipeline script and update instructions (graphistry_dockerhub_username & graphistry_hub_password)

Edit:

  • prefix azure pipeline variables with GRAPHISTRY_
  • rename GRAPHISTRY_DOCKERHUB_PASSWORD => GRAPHISTRY_DOCKERHUB_TOKEN
  • fix pipeline script header docs with ^^^ + and main docs
