For the purposes of documentation generation we are using swagger-cli to replace all the OpenAPI $refs by their content (dereference). But the package has been deprecated:

swagger-cli@npm:4.0.4 is deprecated: This package has been abandoned. Please switch to using the actively maintained @redocly/cli

Redocly seems to offer the necessary features, and is still actively maintainted.
