If you play over the internet and you have configured your router, please check your port forwarding settings again. Your PS5/ PS4 might got another IP-Address from your router at home or your routers public IP-Address might have changed. Please be aware that you have to use "Remote Connect" in order to connect to your PS5/ PS4 over the internet and that you have to provide the public IP of your router in the "Remote Connect" dialog. If you want to connect remotely automatically, make sure your PlayStation has the latest firmware installed. Sometimes restarting the console could fix the problem.
