Getting Error when installing chatterbot

Getting following error

when i tried to install the latest version i got the same problem, however when i downgraded it to the, i think it was 1.0.4, the installing problem disappeared but other problems started to show up, such as:

AttributeError: module 'time' has no attribute 'clock'

i've seen people on stackoverflow saying that downgrading your python version could work, not entirely sure tho, haven't tried it.

For me, using python 3.7 64 bit specifically made recent chatterbots work
