功能描述

首页推荐视频的播放量和评论数量可以放到视频封面上，跟视频时长在同一行

目标

1.首页推荐更整齐美观
2.视频封面获得更大空间

其他

原版bilibili首页推荐排班样式可以放入外观设置供选择

这样展示封面上的元素会太多，显得不干净
