PHP 8.2 creation of dynamic properties is deprecated #260

Since PHP 8.2 the creation of dynamic properties triggers a deprecation notice.

There is (at least) one case inside H5PEditor::processParameters() which initialises the H5PEditor::$content property dynamically.

I've opened a PR to address this, see #259.

This has been fixed with 389a551, but the version including this commit has not been officially released yet, I therefore leave the issue open.
