Handle Webmentions to Myself.

Move target handling from server to eagle.

Getting targets will need to be on eagle and thus readHTML. Perhaps keep inside publicDirectory a directory called expired that has Hugo built with expired posts like https://kodify.net/hugo/pages/generate-expired-content/

Build this in a go routing after the normal building. Do not clean this dir.
