Some files have records which are not sorted in alphabetical order

While it is policy to keep records sorted in alphabetical order, there are times when this rule is not always followed, both in PRs and in code on the main branch.

Perhaps we should have a GitHub action that runs to automatically sort records in files?

No need for an issue, #1129 or #1237 will solve this - I've just been waiting on a review and assumed people were busy
