Create Elevation System for Component Library - UI

Overview

A good elevation system can make a design feel tangible. Knowing how to size shadows is therefore a good thing to have at hand.

Background

This project is heavily reliant on the Atomic Design process. As explained by the HfLA Design System Guide for Designers, it is the simplest way to go through all the possible steps that are required for this component part.

Action Items

Shadow sizing chart.

• Zero Elevation
• Low Elevation
• Medium Elevation
• High Elevation

Note: This system ought to be one that can be easily combined with the button system UI.
