Issue
I've found that if wrap is set and the bottom most currently visible line of the buffer wraps off of the screen then hop will not offer selections for jumping to locations on this line, nor will this line be greyed out like all other lines when making selections (e.g. with HopChar1). This becomes even more apparent when a line wraps over several lines (such that you can potentially have a paragraph of text visible on the bottom lines of the screen that can't be hopped to).
Expected Behaviour
If part of a line is visible then hop should always offer jump targets for this line.
