目前标记片段时总是在恰饭内容开始播放时才能反应过来按下片段开始按钮，结束也同理
导致如果想要标记精确，每次都要手动编辑片段，往前调时间
希望增加一个设置项可以自定义反应时间，当按钮按下时标记点为当前播放时刻减去反应时间

往前微調可以用 , . 前後幀控制
