I was checking functions in java and with intelij IDEA , when I use Balance.check(Address) function than program throws this error :
java.net.ConnectException: Failed to connect to /127.0.0.1:9500
Caused by: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect

I just created an account successfully now I wanna check balance nothing else.
Please help me, Thanks,
