Add "watch history" feature to users playlist.

Depends on YouTube/other hosting provider APIs to know when a user has played enough of a video to count it as "watched".

@kracekumar If we add this, it's a private auto-playlist.

@jace is it possible to add a feature where users will be able to continue the video from last watched?

Also requires API sync, plus storing the time somewhere (that could be in the watched/history playlist).
