Always have "Signature verification failed" while downloading from GCP

My synchronization seems to be stuck, I can't figure out why.
I am using the following application.yml, and the logs are below (that keep repeating forever, always stuck on '2019-10-11T16_39_31.290027001Z_')

looks like you have a mismatch initial address book. Did you start from a clean db? If not, can you retry with a new db instance?

Thanks! It worked when I tried again from scratch. It only works when I set application.yml in its definitive state before running the docker.
