modules do not refresh information

Hi there.
I have some Philio PST02C devices that when I open and close the magnetic contact, they update the state of brightness and temperature but not the state of open closed.
I also have some TKB Home TSM02 that when I open or close the magnetic, information arrives to the debug but they do not update neither the temperature, nor the brightness nor the open closed state.
how can I solve it???
