Make short- and long-tap configurable

The long-tap can currently be used instead of the normal short-tap to create notes. Maybe the long- and short-tap interactions can act as a possibility to add numerous new actions.

• Add two drop-down menus to the settings: One for short- and one for long-taps
• Options are
  • "None" : Disables this interaction
  • "Create new note" : Create a new and empty note at the location where the user tapped.
  • "Repeat note" : Creates a new note at the location where the user tapped but with the text of the previous note.

Later there are numerous things possible (create note with certain category, create note with certain template text, etc.)
